Job Title: Regional Head Human Resources

Key Responsibilties:
Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a robust recruitment strategy aligned with the companys business
objectives.
o Oversee the entire field recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
o Build and lead a highperforming team of field recruiters.
o Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers HR business
partners and regional leaders.
Talent Acquisition:
o Identify attract and hire top talent across various roles and locations.
o Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including job fairs campus
recruitments and social media campaigns.
o Utilize cuttingedge recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.
o Conduct effective interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of qualified
candidates.
Bulk Hiring:
o Manage largescale recruitment initiatives including bulk hiring campaigns.
o Develop efficient processes to handle high volumes of applications and expedite the hiring
process.
o Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new
hires.
Performance Management:
o Set clear performance goals and expectations for the field recruitment team.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas
for improvement.
o Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and
performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
o Implement robust background verification and reference checks.
o Maintain data privacy and security standards.

Qualification and Experience:
Educational
Qualification(s): Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on field recruitment and
bulk hiring
Technical Skills:
Proven track record of successfully managing largescale recruitment campaigns.
Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
