Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of regional IT services to meet business needs and ensure customer/requester satisfaction. The role involves managing service performance building strong relationships with regional IT team and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT operations projects and servicelevel agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is highly preferred.
- 8 years of experience in IT service management or a related role.
- Proven experience managing IT teams and working in a customerfocused environment.
- Experience with IAM Cloud Network Infrastructure and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira or Freshworks).
