Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Lead with 8 years of experience to drive usercentric design solutions for our digital products. The ideal candidate will lead UX strategy design processes and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from research to implementation ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand business and user needs.
- Conduct user research usability testing and competitor analysis to gather insights.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs.
- Define and maintain UX guidelines best practices and design standards.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers in the team.
- Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure smooth hand offs and design execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles usability heuristics and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Ability to create wireframes prototypes and user flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 8 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
