The result of this relationship is a customer with high satisfaction scores and engaged Version 1 staff which should then translate into excellent financial performance. The role of the Applications Managed Services Team Lead will sit in our Service Reliability Group (SRG). At a high level you will have responsibility for people development managing the output and quality of your delivery team collaborating across the wider SRG management team assisting in the identification and execution of sales opportunities and building and maintaining solid relationships with your customers in order to continue to consistently deliver high satisfaction ratings.

Technical Skills
1 Successful candidate will have a deep technical background in at least one of the following technology stacks:
2. DevOps Practices: Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure as code (IaC) and containerization.
3. Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards relevant to the technologies in use.
Managerial Skills
1. Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
2. Strategic Planning: Capability to align Microsoft technology strategies with business goals ensuring that initiatives support overall organizational objectives.
3. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
4. Issue Resolution: Ability to identify and remediate issues and escalations quickly and effectively with mitigation measures identified and implemented to futureproof against similar recurrences.
