Your Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy driving the attraction retention and development of the right talent and building a workplace where everyone thrives.
Talent Development (60%)
- Manage the full cycle recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract develop and retain the right talent.
- Build and implement development programs to support team members unlocking new abilities and career path.
- Lead performance evaluations using datadriven insights
- Define core competencies establishing clear success benchmarks to guide employee growth and development
Engagement (30%)
- Develop and execute internal engagement activities and events (e.g. holidays MidAutumn Festival Christmas teambuilding birthdays happy hour...).
- Facilitate internal communication to promote company culture.
Admin (10%)
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with external partners and suppliers to execute the companys initiatives.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the leader
