Job Description
Were currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Turkish to join our Talent Acquisition team and own the fullcycle recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the TA Manager and work closely with the local Talent Acquisition team department leads and managers as well as HR and employer branding colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
Drive and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process
Work with local and international departments to help create recruitment plans identify resources for outreach and staffing needs
Lead highvolume recruitment campaigns for various roles ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates
Proactively search for candidates through different platforms and channels
Create and manage job postings
Organize and conduct interviews and provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner
Manage the data and profiles in the ATS system. Ensures data accuracy and delivery on time.
Attend job fairs and other recruiting events
Contribute to the employer branding strategy of the company
Qualifications :
Background needed:
1 years of experience in endtoend recruitment as an inhouse recruiter or an agency recruiter is considered a plus
Experience in international / European markets will be a plus
Superior communication skills across all employee groups and levels (executives managers & employees)
Experience with ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Good command of Turkish English and Bulgarian is needed
Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to work in a fastpaced and a deadlineoriented business
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
