Job Description
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service Join our team as a Rental Sales Agent in Pittsburgh United States! Were looking for an enthusiastic professional to create exceptional rental experiences for our customers while maximizing sales opportunities. Hourly rate $17.55 plus an average of $1500$3500 in monthly bonus
- Provide outstanding facetoface customer service ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
- Expertly showcase and promote our fleet of vehicles matching customers with the perfect rental options
- Maximize sales by offering and explaining additional services and optional extras
- Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet
- Process rental agreements payments and returns efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Stay updated on company policies promotions and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience in sales customer service or the tourism industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Serviceoriented mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid US drivers license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating great customer experiences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
