Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves visiting doctors clinics to build relationships present our medical billing services and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales and passionate about helping healthcare providers optimize their billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit doctors clinics medical offices and healthcare facilities to promote UControlBilling s services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and administrative staff
- Present and explain our RCM solutions highlighting their benefits and ROI for potential clients
- Identify potential leads schedule meetings and follow up diligently to close sales
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance client feedback and market insights
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients at their locations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical billing coding or healthcare operations (preferred)
