Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team in New York United States. As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the overall success of our organization. salary $70313 and Bonus Annually $37500 & Company Car.

  • Manage the branchs overall performance including sales profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
  • Lead motivate and mentor a team of employees fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage the branchs financial performance including budgeting and expense control
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Implement marketing initiatives to promote the branchs products and services
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Represent the company at local events and build relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of branch management experience
  • 24 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Indepth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary

As a mobility service provider our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
