Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday activities of the hospitals operational processes ensuring efficient service delivery across all departments (e.g. emergency outpatient inpatient diagnostics surgery).
- Coordinate with clinical teams nursing administrative and support staff to ensure smooth operations and patient care services.
- Ensure that operational activities are carried out in compliance with hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess operational processes identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization reduce wait times and improve the patient experience.
- Work with department heads to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve internal workflows across departments.
- Implement patientcentered initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
- Regularly collect patient feedback through surveys and direct interactions to identify areas of improvement and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualification : Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience : 7 10 years of experience in healthcare operations
