Location: Remote (Malaysia)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 2 PM MYT to 11 PM MYT
Salary: MYRper month

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team working in the US market. This role will be instrumental in managing daytoday operational activities streamlining processes and coordinating with our partner companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficiency in workflow.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement processes that support operational goals.
- Provide support in managing client relationships and addressing operational concerns.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to guide decisionmaking.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in operations management or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with the US market is a plus.
