Primary Job Functions
- Respond to customer inquiries providing information and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle order entries invoicing and ensuring proper documentation is maintained for each transaction.
- Update and maintain customer databases and records ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with customer service coordinators service and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in generating customer service reports
- Address and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or senior management.
Qualifications :
About you
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred equivalent experience will be considered
- 13 years of experience in customer service proficiency in customer service software and databases.
- English is required and Portuguese is a plus
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
