Job Description

  • An opportunity to manage and resolve customer care issues across the Santiago airport
  • Represent Qantas and its customers across South America
  • Permanent fulltime shift work position based in Santiago Chile airport (must be available to work evening shifts)

As the Customer Care Coordinator South America you will be the key point of contact for customer complaints and concerns at Santiago Chile airport representing Qantas and our codesharing partners. In this role you will collaborate closely with the airport operations team to address passenger disruptions and resolve any issues ensuring effective solutions are implemented to prevent further escalation.

You will play a critical role in reinforcing Qantas brand values by handling customer feedback with care and professionalism identifying the best course of action and enhancing the overall customer experience.

 

Youll have

  • Able to speak fluently in English Portuguese and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in which you have experience mitigating complex customer complaints
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously with sound decision making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service results within a complex business environment
  • Highly resilient with the ability to showcase high levels of empathy
  • Ability to work shift work
  • The ability to work and live in Chile (without sponsorship)
