Job Description
Summary:
This will be a critical member of the CCMOs office responsible for driving strategic initiatives ensuring operational excellence and helping to drive highimpact projects that directly contribute to the companys growth and customercentric goals. This individual will be a highly organized strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage crossfunctional projects and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage a variety of highimpact projects ranging from strategic initiatives to operational improvements
- Communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across customer servicemarketing product sales and other relevant departments
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Facilitate communication and problemsolving across functions
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor progress towards goals identify opportunities for improvement and inform decisionmaking
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Present datadriven insights to leadership and stakeholders
Strategy Definition:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve strategic objectives
Qualifications :
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a strategic or operational role
- Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex projects
- Strong understanding of SaaS business model customer service and marketing principles and best practices
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and build consensus across teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience jobrelated skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
