Job Description

Position Title: Office Manager
Location: Bethesda MD (6707 Democracy Blvd 2Dem Plaza Room 201)
Schedule: PartTime (20 hours per week)
Education: Bachelors degree required
Resume Limit: 3 pages

Position Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will independently provide executivelevel administrative and operational support to the Clinical Centers Office of Financial Resource Management. The role involves coordinating various administrative procurement and organizational tasks to support the offices mission and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel arrangements meeting coordination and documentation (e.g. agendas minutes reports).
  • Oversee expense reconciliation project planning and budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for program workflows including correspondence reports and data entry.
  • Maintain calendars databases and shared documentation; ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate and process procurement requests office supply orders and property management.
  • Assist with recruitment timekeeping and performance management processes.
  • Develop spreadsheets prepare presentations and support special projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal policies and procedures including property and budget management.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

  • Field of Study: Health and Medical Administrative Services
