Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a Purchasing Operational you will have the exciting change within Bosch Home Comfort to manage the following topics:
- Manage ordering workflows and maintain accurate material master data in MDGM;
- Handle price agreements using PILUM APN and update IT systems to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist with standard market inquiries organize sourcing meetings and foster supplier relationships through standardized queries;
- Management of loan contracts;
- Support for internal controls;
- Management of regular standardized queries to suppliers (e.g. turnover share; sourcing meeting organization).
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Academic background in Management or Administrative Management.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in IT systems particularly SAP.
- Advanced skills in data processing in Excel MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to identify and support implementation of process improvements.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Working Style and Methods: Motivated resilient flexible with a collaborative mindset.
Personality: Proactive adaptable passionate about crosscultural collaboration and eager to work in a dynamic international environment.
