The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. It specializes in B2B services and products catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers crypto exchanges crypto brokers forex brokers hedge and crypto funds and professional managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop a proper brokerage house overseeing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency.
Design and implement digital onboarding processes using Salesforce and other tools to create a seamless selfservice experience for clients.
Coordinate and build efficient processes for deposits withdrawals and currency conversions by collaborating with legal client relationship teams and IT departments.
Oversee website development and continuous improvement to enhance user experience support trading activities and facilitate effective onboarding.
Work with all departments to expand trading instruments ensuring our offerings meet market demands and client needs.
Develop and optimize sales and marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition retention and overall growth.
Develop and expand the Introducing Broker (IB) program to extend market reach and build strong partnerships.
Lead customer support initiatives to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing customer support IT and compliance to align product features with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Utilize datadriven insights to continually optimize operational strategies and processes.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting dashboards to monitor performance and effectiveness.
Take ownership of projects aimed at enhancing the companys retail brokerage services acting as a bridge between department heads and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail brokerage asset management firms or crypto exchanges on a managerial role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and expanding brokerage operations with measurable results.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems; familiarity with marketing automation and selfservice platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of financial markets trading instruments fintech ecosystem and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
Full Time
