Job Description
You analyze purchasing data generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness.
You identify aspects that have an impact on target achievement and propose appropriate measures in case of deviation.
You track and support Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.
You plan required periods and schedules for efficient task processing.
You prepare support or develop standard and adhoc reports using uptodate IT Tools (e.g. PowerBI).
Furthermore you contribute to introducing new controlling tools in Purchasing along with related functions.
You perform Detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. You define and track measures until closure in case of findings.
Lastly you actively support Process Excellence in Purchasing.
Qualifications :
Education: university degree or completed vocational training with qualified further training and extensive subjectspecific additional qualifications.
Personality and Working Practice: You are selfmotivating self organized are able to work under time pressure and are willing to contribute by improvement proposals. Additionally you are also familiar with working in an international business environment.
Experience and KnowHow: You have working experience in the area of Purchasing Controlling or Controlling with insights in purchasing and purchasing processes of five years or more. You have an excellent command of relevant tools such as SAP Excel Power BI or the like.
Languages: very good command of written and spoken English. Willingness to travel.
Additional Information :
Manager will be located in Germany English proficiency is a MUST as well as willingness to travel.
