Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated SAP Process and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. By basing on your expertise in IT systems and applications you will play a key role in evaluating and recommending improvements to reduce costs introduce upgrades in the systems as well as implementing and monitoring ongoing IT systems and processes.
Major tasks:
- Cooperate with IT departments to create develop and evaluate IT solutions system requirements and scope of services with system providers. Advise on process design.
- Implement changes on IT systems check functionality carry out pilots and tests and evaluate expected results.
- Support in estimating necessary resources budgets and capacities.
- Lead projects for new tools and new requirements from a digital perspective.
- Develop and implement monitoring and security measures required for operations.
- Provide training and user support during new tool implementation and operations including designing planning and implementing training activities and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with departmental organization across different hierarchies.
Qualifications :
- Several years of relevant experience
- Experience with different IT systems / applications
- Market knowledge and understanding of Mobility Aftermarket business model
- Ordertocash system and process knowhow
- Familarity with SAP R/3
- Logistical background knowledge
- Technical and Analytical skills
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency both in English and French languages
