Job Description

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the local market.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conducting market research to understand customer needs preferences and competitive landscape.

Presenting products and services to clients conducting demonstrations and negotiating contracts.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.

Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing regular reports to management.

Participating in community events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.

Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate benefits to clients effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business

4 years of experience in sales preferably in a local or regional role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
