Job Description
Purpose of this position is to supervise and organize indirect and chemical stores operation to enable timely inwarding and timely issues of indirect materials to MOE and collection of s from MOE and disposal to s vendors.
Indirect Material Management
Ensure storage as per the compatibility chart for indirect materials from suppliers supply to MOE as per requirement
KPI : Updating of HIRA and AI sheet
S Yard Management
Adherence for storage and disposal of s as er OMP guidelines Liaise with corporate purchase for auction result finalization
KPI : Timely clearance of s
Escalation Management
Escalate indirect material delivery topics to leadership team (As per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management intervention delivery of materials.
KPI : On time intervention and resolution of escalated topics
Compliance Management
Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws
KPI : Adhering to standards and no deviations in Audits
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) or Commerce
3 years work experience in stores management
Additional Information :
Knowledge
- Competent knowledge in SAP warehouse production planning material management and sales distribution modules
- Competent in IT tools like RBIN gate pass value yard tool digital tool book
- Competence in compliance safety topics CL management & Insurance claims
- S disposal as per legal laws norms hazardous waste and EWaste management knowledge
Functional Skills
- Competent skill in warehouse & transportation management warehouse productivity
- Competent communication skills (English & local language)
