Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
Meet potential clients build lasting relationships and provide appropriate solutions based on product knowledge.
Track analyze and report key metrics and business trends to inform decisionmaking and performance.
Generate leads and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Prepare financial offers negotiate and close deals with clients.
Organize and attend company events to engage potential clients.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Background experience in real state
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role preferably in a similar or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas and achieve revenue targets.
