Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Personal Assistant to the Director with a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director acting as their right hand and shadow ensuring smooth execution of financial administrative and executive support tasks.
**Key Responsibilities*:
**Financial Management:*
Review balance sheets financial summaries and reports. *Documentation and Compliance:* Draft and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements. Ensure proper documentation and filing of critical records.
*Strategic Support*:
Provide highlevel administrative and financial support to the Director. Assist in financial analysis forecasting and business strategy development.
*Executive Assistance*:
Manage the Directors calendar appointments and meetings. Handle travel arrangements itineraries and expense reports. Screen calls emails and correspondence responding when appropriate. Organize and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and minutes.
*Key Skills and Competencies*:
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial statements. Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
**Work Style:*
The role is knowledgebased involving minimal computerbased work. A proactive detailoriented and trustworthy professional who can anticipate the Directors needs and provide seamless support.
