You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a member of the Hotels Executive Committee and the Division Head you will manage the Sales & Business Development Team at the property level.
You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager Corporate Office and your team to set up establish and drive the hotels financial performance and create results by maximizing sales efforts with innovative marketing ideas. You will develop rapport with key clients and feel comfortable taking risks by entering into new markets. Further you will have to attend domestic and international trade shows and major market events to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel. You will be responsible for building and developing the hotels sales and marketing leadership in your assigned property. Through your effective management passion and enthusiasm you will be able to successfully inspire and coach your team and ensure marketing brand standards are fully respected.
You will work closely with specialist teams to implement the marketing and PR strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions as well as be involved in analyzing competitor marketing and PR activities. Together with specialist teams to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners as well as to maintain a consistent brand image throughout all sales PR marketing and MarCom activities. With the specialist teams implement the brand strategy and brand standards at a hotel level and implement corrective measures if necessary.
