Drive sales to achieve individual sales target
Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager
Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with
customers preference and project budget
Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner
Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients
Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer
satisfactory
Qualifications :
Your profile
Passion and knowledge of home furnishing interior design retail and communications
customer service and selling skills are preferred
You have strong knowledge of food service industry and proven leadership abilities.
You are customerfocused highly analytical and multitasking to work in a high volume and
fast paced retail environment.
You are able to create an environment embracing the IKEA values and diversity of coworkers
and visitors.
