The role of the Human Capital Digital Experience Associate will include a seamless delivery of high quality, timely, and accurate administrative and transactional support for the Majid Al Futtaim users through Majid Al Futtaim ticketing systems. Support scope is limited to answering tickets with medium complexity (recurring issues with nonroutine resolving actions) / no configuration activities required.
ROLE PROFILE
Monitor the ticketing system, classify, and assign the support tickets raised according to their function / scope to the appropriate team member using the agreed guidelines
Provide first level support in resolving day-to-day related operational challenges for the assigned Opertaing Companies.
Work on resolving the assigned tickets with medium complexity level (recurring issues with nonroutine resolving actions) & no configuration activities required.
Follow the guidelines / time frame defined for closing support tickets.
Create full documentation for the activities / steps followed for closing the tickets.
Report back to the senior team members for continuous improvement in systems and highlighting any gaps identified.
HR Technology Management:
Administer and support the organization's HR technology platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), performance management software, and employee portals.
Work with HR teams to ensure that digital systems meet the needs of employees and align with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HR systems with other organizational tools and platforms.
User Experience Enhancement:
Continuously improve the usability and functionality of HR digital tools, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
Conduct regular assessments of digital platforms and gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
Design user-friendly interfaces for HR platforms to improve navigation, accessibility, and overall employee engagement.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Develop and implement digital initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, including digital surveys, feedback mechanisms, and communication tools.
Create content for employee-facing platforms (such as intranets or apps) that encourage employee participation and foster a sense of community.
Track engagement levels and analyze data to make recommendations for improving the digital employee experience.
0-1 year of work experience in Human Capital business cycles / ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, HR or Information Technology or other relevant fields.
Experience in Shared Services and Human Capital systems’ support is a plus.
Experience in SAP / SuccessFactors is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
HR Technology Expertise: Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and software that improve HR processes and employee experience.
Digital Transformation: Ability to drive digital change within HR, leveraging technology to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
User Experience Design: Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles to ensure digital tools are intuitive and engaging for employees.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR data and user feedback to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements.
Project Management: Experience managing projects related to HR technology implementation, platform upgrades, or system integrations.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and come up with creative solutions to improve digital HR processes and platforms.
Collaboration: Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across departments, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
