Egis is currently looking for an Talent Acquisition Partner to join the talent acquisition team in Riyadh KSA
TA Partner will work as an integrated part of the Central Talent Acquisition team responsible for
partnering with the hiring managers in assigned business areas/departments/ projects to support
hiring goals effectively and ensure they are achieved efforts by sourcing and attracting the best
talent. He/she will also work closely with the Tender Unit in providing internal CVs.
Source requirement specific candidates for the assigned requisitions using various job portals social media networking and industryrelated events;
- Review all applicant resumes for fit with position description and requirements;
- Phone Screen all relevant applicants and make a recommendation to the Hiring Manager;
- Drive forward new ideas which can help to streamline processes to speed up the recruitment process;
- Guide hiring managers and other interviewers to follow the standard process to ensure every talent has the same experience;
- Play an active role in projecting Egis as an employer of choice;
- Perform market research every quarter to get data on market salary offerings and market
- trends;
- Ensure compliance with Egis policies procedures and quality standards in the Central Talent Acquisition Division;
- Ensure candidate relationship is managed and maintained at the highest quality;
- Support Continuous Recruitment Process Improvement activities;
- Assist in tracking and measuring Recruitment Metrics.
