Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

The HRBP is responsible for the implementation of the People Strategy within their respective location, while ensuring flawless execution of HR operations.

A day in the life of an HRBP

  • Execute and deliver on the strategic HR plans that support the People Strategy as aligned with your key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the organizational structure using best practices, change management, and in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
  • Lead on the Operational People Planning process for respective location.
  • Champion the Performance and Talent Management cycle through Goal and Development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development, succession planning, capability building while ensuring People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement.
  • Coach People Managers to participate in annual Total Rewards activities.
  • Lead and participate in local Youth activities to contribute to the achievement of country and market Youth development KPIs.
  • Foster a positive culture across the organization which promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Safety, and highly engaged and empowered teams in line with our global/local practices and policies.
  • Coach Leaders and all Employees to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Purpose and Values while enforcing compliance.
  • Work as part of a matrix HR Services team to share insights with the corporate HR team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in HR operations.
  • Manage the respective HR services team in your location whilst ensuring excellence in execution, timeliness, accuracy and consistent application of HR Policies, allowances & benefits for employees.


Desired candidate profile

5+ years of experience within HR across various functions
Successfully leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing environment
Demonstrable experience in contributing to the creation & execution of people strategies
Worked within a Matrix environment with wide business acumen
Bilingual English & Arabic
Strategic HR Planning:
Roles:

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Contribute to the overall business strategy by providing HR insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, performance, and culture.
Align HR programs and policies with the company’s vision, values, and business strategy.
Anticipate future HR needs based on business growth and industry trends, providing proactive solutions.
Provide recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management based on business forecasts.
2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
Roles:

Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is hired.
Ensure the organization has the right workforce to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to define job roles, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
Guide the recruitment process, ensuring that it aligns with company culture and business objectives.
Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address staffing needs.
Lead or assist in the hiring process, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed to attract top talent.
