Roles:
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Contribute to the overall business strategy by providing HR insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, performance, and culture.
Align HR programs and policies with the company’s vision, values, and business strategy.
Anticipate future HR needs based on business growth and industry trends, providing proactive solutions.
Provide recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management based on business forecasts.
2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
Roles:
Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is hired.
Ensure the organization has the right workforce to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to define job roles, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
Guide the recruitment process, ensuring that it aligns with company culture and business objectives.
Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address staffing needs.
Lead or assist in the hiring process, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed to attract top talent.
