Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
o Monitor and interpret laws and regulations affecting the gold IRA industry.
o Assist in drafting updating and enforcing internal compliance policies and procedures.
o Ensure all marketing materials and client communications meet regulatory standards.
Legal Research and Documentation:
o Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant regulatory matters.
o Prepare and maintain compliance documentation including reports and filings.
o Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries or investigations.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Bachelors degree in law Finance or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within the financial services sector.
Prior experience with precious metals or retirement investment products is a plus.
Paralegal certification required.
