We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Mobility Specialist in Germany to support us with the mobility program.

Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in Germany and other Europe countries to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding visa payroll income tax system administration.
- Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
- Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
- Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
- Any other supporting tasks required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or above.
- Native German speaker and fluent English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
- About 2years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in Germany and other Europe countries or willing to learn.
- Adaptable and collaborative able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries. Ability to multitask prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
- Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills. Agile and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
