Whats in it for You
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Base Salary: 1100 EUR gross
Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 15400 EUR
Complexity bonus: 120 EUR /month (1440 EUR /year)
Performance Bonus: 135 EUR /month (1620 EUR /year)
Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR /day (1908.72 EUR /year)
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR /year)
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Total Possible Gross Annual Income:EUR plus a performance bonus on top 1620 EUR /year
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:0020:00 (rotational shifts)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 08:0017:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through phone email and chat regarding their orders subscriptions and invoices.
Deliver a superior customer experience ensuring all queries are resolved with highquality service.
Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved adhering to agreed deadlines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Language Skills: Native German with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal writing and communication abilities.
Problemsolving mindset with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced techsavvy environment.

Relocation support:
Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 EUR in Economy class
