Job Description
As a SharePoint Online Consultant you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing SharePoint environments. Your responsibilities will span across various areas:1. Installation and Configuration:i. Deploying and configuring SharePoint Online environments.ii. Integrating applications and services.iii. Creating and managing document libraries lists and sites.2. Migration Expertise:i. Successfully executing migrations using tools like Sharegate.ii. Ensuring seamless transition of content workflows and customizations.iii. Skilfully mapping metadata and handling custom sites migration.3. Power Automate and Power Apps Proficiency:i. Leveraging Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to automate workflows.ii. Creating custom flows to streamline processes and notifications.iii. Developing Power Apps to address specific business needs within SharePoint.iv. Crafting rich interactive forms within SharePoint using Power Apps.4. User Management and Training:i. Adding and maintaining users.ii. Controlling access permissions for various SharePoint resources.iii. Providing training and support to endusers on SharePoint features and best practices.
Qualifications :
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in SharePoint Online including PowerApps and PowerAutomate.Technical Skills:i. Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.ii. Familiarity with Power Apps for creating custom applications.iii. Handson experience with Sharegate for migration tasks.iv. Understanding of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management.ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePointrelated issues.Collaboration: Comfortable working with crossfunctional teams and endusers.
