Job Description

We re seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to become an integral part of our client s operations team. In this role you ll be the backbone of the company managing crucial administrative tasks and supporting financial processes that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize multiple inboxes with precision responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Perform data entry tasks with a keen eye for accuracy inputting client information and other critical data into company systems
  • Assist with essential bookkeeping duties including reconciling transactions and managing receipts
  • Collaborate closely with the existing bookkeeper to maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Master the company s advanced scheduling system to efficiently link transactions invoices and supplier accounts to specific projects
  • Ensure meticulous recording and reporting of financial data contributing to the company s overall financial health
  • Take charge of employee data management keeping records current and conducting regular audits
  • Handle a variety of general administrative tasks adapting to the evolving needs of a growing business
  • Participate in internal team meetings via Zoom contributing to discussions and staying aligned with company goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in bookkeeping
  • Exceptional data entry skills and a track record of maintaining data integrity
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills in English capable of professional client interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with project scheduling systems and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn companyspecific software quickly
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
  • Available to work during Perth Australia business hours
