- The position is responsible for giving full support to the Human Resources functions in all administrative functions
- Classifies and files all the application forms and enters into computer system
- Organizes all appointments for recruitment interview
- Follows employment procedures
- Responsible for selection screening and recruitment of new trainees for internship period
Qualifications :
- University / Masters degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR departments of multinational companies hospitality sector is preferable
- Excellent command of English
- Advance knowledge of Windows applications
- Military service must be completed or minimum two years postponed for male candidates
- Selfmotivated having a career target for Human Resources good human relations and problem solving skills analytical team player punctual organized
