Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Infopark Kakkanad.
Salary: per month.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in recruitment preferably with experience in Healthcare or International Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals and growth.
Forecast hiring needs based on business objectives workforce planning and future talent requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Pipeline Development:
Oversee the creation and management of a strong candidate pipeline for all roles leveraging various channels (job boards social media professional networks employee referrals etc.).
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including employer branding social media campaigns and recruitment marketing.
External Relationships:
Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards for specialized recruitment needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
Lead the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing offering and onboarding.
Coordinate and conduct interviews both inperson and virtual to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience:
Manage the entire candidate experience ensuring timely and effective communication and feedback.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they meet recruitment goals targets and KPIs.
Provide ongoing training and development for the team to improve their recruiting skills and knowledge of best practices.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress challenges and share best practices.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the companys employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in recruitment with a strong preference for candidates with Healthcare or International Recruitment experience.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools techniques and platforms.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience in team management and mentoring.
