Job Description

(AFTER 6 MONTHS JUST 2 DAYS AT OFFICE PER MONTH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it meets community standards.
  • Investigate and resolve reported content in a timely manner.
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams as needed.
  • Stay updated on company policies to ensure accurate moderation decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve moderation practices.

What We Offer:

  • A fulltime contract with 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
  • Work schedule: Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday.
  • Onsite role: Initial 6 weeks of training onsite followed by a hybrid model with 2 days per month at the office.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 or higher) and good command of English.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms and community guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments quickly.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment.
