Job Title: Danishspeaking Content Moderator
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Employment Type: Fulltime Onsite
About the Role
Are you fluent in Danish and passionate about ensuring a safe and positive online environment We are looking for a Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review usergenerated content (text images videos) in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Take appropriate action on flagged content according to company policies.
- Investigate and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain awareness of current events and trends to identify potential risks.
- Provide feedback and contribute to policy improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 minimum).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick objective decisions.
- Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or graphic content.
- Ability to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer support or a similar role is a plus.
