About the Role:
Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping customers Join our team as a Customer Support Representative where you will assist customers troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless service experience. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of officebased and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service.
- Uphold company policies and service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have valid documents to work in Bulgaria.
