Job Description
About Us:
Our client is a top main contractor building data centers for a Nasdaqlisted company. This position is mainly responsible for human resourcesrelated work in the Malaysia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment issuance of offers and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide allaround support for HR functions including C&B Payroll Calculation and Employee relations management for the Malaysia office.
- Responsible for C&B and Payroll administration support such as leave management employee compensation medical and insurance etc.
- Compliance with employment and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- At least 5 years of HR work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
