This role combines expertise in fullcycle recruitment onboarding and HR operations to drive organizational growth and ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sourcing top talent managing HR processes and fostering a compliant and inclusive workplace.
The Challenges
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening assessing and onboarding candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
- Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies ensuring highquality candidate recommendations.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding processes including documentation orientation and integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining a positive exit experience for departing employees.
- Support daytoday HR operations ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
What It Takes
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment with exposure to IT HR accounting marketing and other roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and external partners.
