Job Description
Tasks:
- Support in preparing contract for expat
- Support in preparing Inbound and Outbound checklist
- Compile documents for Professional Visit Pass and expats
- Assist in adhoc task as given by supervisor i.e reporting of process flow compile expat listing.
Projects:
- Improvement of Operation Porcesses
- Help to update work instructions International Assignement
Qualifications :
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/ Business Management field.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
