Job Description
Tasks :
- Support in social media branding initiatives promoting Bosch as an employer
- Development of social media content and impactful presentation in line with Bosch corporate design schemes
- Coordination of events for employer engagement and branding
- Assist in survey preparation & data analysis by using Statistical techniques for C/HRR project.
- Support HR Generalist topic and General Department Administrative Task
Projects :
- Support C/HRR on overall Country HR topics including but not limited to establishment of people acquisition campus at Bosch
- Vetting of job advertisement content to improve quality and company image
- Support in HR communications platform improvement initiatives
- Assist with HR Department process improvement projects
- Policy and process improvement
Qualifications :
- Candidate pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resource discipline economics or a related fields.
- At least 6 months of internship attachment with Bosch
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel Power BI etc.)
- Digital literacy and creative media (e.g. Canva Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage.
- Able to join by January 2025
