Job Description

Tasks : 

  • Support in social media branding initiatives promoting Bosch as an employer
  • Development of social media content and impactful presentation in line with Bosch corporate design schemes
  • Coordination of events for employer engagement and branding
  • Assist in survey preparation & data analysis by using Statistical techniques for C/HRR project.
  • Support HR Generalist topic and General Department Administrative Task 

Projects : 

  • Support C/HRR on overall Country HR topics including but not limited to establishment of people acquisition campus at Bosch
  • Vetting of job advertisement content to improve quality and company image
  • Support in HR communications platform improvement initiatives
  • Assist with HR Department process improvement projects
  • Policy and process improvement 

Qualifications :

 

  • Candidate pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resource discipline economics or a related fields.
  • At least 6 months of internship attachment with Bosch
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel Power BI etc.)
  • Digital literacy and creative media (e.g. Canva Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage.  
  • Able to join by January 2025
