Job Title: RFO Sales Head

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic RFO Sales Head to lead and manage the sales efforts for ReadyforOccupancy (RFO) properties. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales team driving revenue growth developing sales strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The RFO Sales Head will play a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining a strong market presence for RFO properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of RFO sales agents and executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching mentoring and training to team members to enhance sales performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor individual and team performance conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the sale of RFO properties maximizing revenue and achieving company objectives.
- Identify market trends opportunities and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to design promotional campaigns and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers brokers and other key stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Resolve escalated issues or concerns and ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Target Management
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the RFO sales team in alignment with overall company goals.
- Track and report on team performance sales metrics and KPIs making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences pricing strategies and demand for RFO properties.
- Regularly evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure the companys offerings are competitive and aligned with market expectations.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance property listings advertisements and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction processes including payment schedules and documentation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market conditions and team activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role preferably in RFO properties.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing highperforming teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market particularly RFO properties and industry best practices.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
