The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of the recruitment process including developing sourcing strategies interviewing and hiring. This position works to continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting process and interacts extensively with the management staff to meet the needs of the business. The position is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate and Leverage online recruiting resources (social networks professional orgs trade groups) and use inhouse ATS to identify and recruit top talent.
- Develops and executes recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to hire targets.
- Develops appropriate reporting strategies and metrics assesses trends and take appropriate action to improve performance including but not limited to source mix offer to join ratio etc.
- Manages all external vendors negotiates contracts and ensures quality of service delivery.
- Provide complete accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position while conferring with leadership to identify staffing needs workforce planning strategies and search assignments.
- Fulllife cycle recruitment process from prescreening candidates and coordinating interviews through selecting candidates and assisting with onboarding and culture integration.
- Minimum 68 years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment;
- Knowledge and experience with recruitment concepts practices and procedures.
- Financial service experience. Experience working with an ATS system preferably Workday Kenexa or any similar products to track full lifecycle recruiting from application to onboarding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
