Position Overview:
CCSI is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant / Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal dual role in expanding our client base and ensuring we deliver toptier talent for their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills a passion for building relationships and a strong ability to identify assess and attract the best talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Proactively identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of businesses seeking recruitment services.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches to convince prospective clients to partner with CCSI.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the backoffice team to create strategies and campaigns for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Build good relationship with customers though open communication regular updates quality deliverables and professional attitude.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Analyze customer requirements in terms of open positions or get vacancy details from employers and support in developing job description when necessary.
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals.
- Conduct prescreening filtering and indepth interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand client requirements and ensure alignment between job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to meet immediate and future client needs.
- Work jointly and support the rest of the team toward exceeding company and individual targets (deadlines number of placed candidates target revenue and generated business leads).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in African & European market is a must.
- Experience in remote work is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and business development.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing.
- A resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and full 360 recruitment.
- 510 years of experience in recruitment and sales related roles.
