Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
Scope:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to the organization. You will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a performancedriven culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the endtoend recruitment process for leadership midcareer and graduate roles.
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract highcaliber candidates.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and prioritize workforce planning.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment providers to fulfill hiring demands.
Candidate Experience:
- Develop and drive best practices for interviews and hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by promoting an engaging and transparent recruitment journey.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics including time to fill cost per hire diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction.
- Use HR data analytics to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and staying updated on industry trends.
- Incorporate new tools and technologies into talent acquisition practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 57 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function.
- Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools.
