Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and drive our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition for mid to seniorlevel roles across diverse industries with strong expertise in IT and nonIT hiring. This role requires exceptional people management skills vendor and stakeholder management capabilities and strategic vision to build and sustain a highperforming recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract top talent for mid to seniorlevel positions across IT and nonIT domains.
- Analyze market trends to adapt recruitment strategies that meet organizational objectives.
- Build a pipeline of talent to support current and future hiring needs.

Leadership & People Management
- Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters fostering a culture of collaboration performance and continuous learning.
- Set clear performance expectations monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive team engagement and professional growth.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Partner with HR business partners to ensure alignment of talent acquisition goals with organizational strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with recruitment processes.

Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Negotiate contracts monitor vendor performance and ensure costeffective hiring solutions.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring efficiency compliance and a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8 12 years of experience in talent acquisition including 3 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for mid to seniorlevel positions across IT and nonIT industries.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in using datadriven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
