Organisational Change Manager with Baseline Security Clearance Canberra
The Organisational Change Manager will focus on driving workforce uplift initiatives and process optimisation to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead crossskilling and workforce development initiatives.
- Design and implement strategies for streamlining business processes.
- Provide guidance on managing workforce challenges and labor market constraints.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic alignment and workforce capability.
- Monitor change progress and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Create communication plans and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government standards.
- Coach and support managers in executing change management initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training for process improvement.
- Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of workforce development and crossskilling initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Baseline security clearance required.
