Job Description
Program Manager Strategic Technology & Cybersecurity Baseline security clearance
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee critical strategic initiatives across enterprise architecture cybersecurity workforce development and futurereadiness with a focus on aligning to government frameworks and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Experience leading the development of enterprise roadmaps aligned with government frameworks such as Australian Government Architecture (AGA) and Data and Digital Strategy.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning cost estimation and emerging technologies (e.g. AI Zero Trust).
- Handson experience with Zero Trust Architecture and preparing for quantum encryption.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity strategies and standards particularly in the context of theCyber Security Strategy.
- Experience in workforce development crossskilling initiatives and streamlining processes in response to market challenges and operational needs.
- Proven track record in establishing governance frameworks managing program risks and ensuring agile delivery in public sector or complex environments.
- Expertise in aligning program deliverables with wholeofgovernment strategies including the Data and Digital Government Strategy and the Australian Cyber Security Strategy.
- Experience in leveraging emerging technologies (e.g. AI automation) for operational efficiency and futureproofing ICT systems.
- 7 years of experience in program management particularly in technology and cybersecurity domains.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on executivelevel engagement.
- Relevant certifications in program management (e.g. PMP PgMP) and cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP CISM) are a plus.
- Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance
- Canberra work location with hybrid working model
