Job Description
This is a remote position.

Slash is a hitech startup studio with a mission to build tech products that change the world. Our clients are global. In addition we build and invest our own startups and commercialize them through joint ventures in ASEAN and Europe. We work on a widerange of technologies: web mobile AI blockchain cloud microservices & middlewares security & infrastructure etc.
Slash has headquarters in Singapore and communityoriented R&D hubs in Phnom Penh Bali Yogyakarta Jakarta and Bandung. We are a team of 50 entrepreneurs engineers hackers and fullstack developers with unique capabilities in web mobile AI and Blockchain.
Role and responsibilities and how will the role impact Slash
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market competitors and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap for different products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and business to define product requirements and prioritize product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams as part of the Agile squad to ensure the product vision is aligned with technical capabilities and constraints.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and timelines for delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain the product backlog including clear and consistent user stories acceptance criteria and prioritization
- Provide vision and direction to the agile development team & stakeholders
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of preprepared tasks to work through
- Identify problems linked to the evolution of the product
- Provide conceptual and technical solutions to deliver product
- Analyze the structure of a business how it uses technology and what its goals are in order to provide appropriate advice to stakeholders and guide the Agile team
- Identify problems within a business including through using data modeling techniques
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on previous research
- Consult internal and external stakeholders about the benefits or drawbacks of new technology or strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Identify and manage all blockers and document solutions
- Manage and lead the product release and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that impact the successful team completion of sprint goals and product release
Requirements
How do you know if you are a good fit
- 5 years working experience as a Product Owner
- Degree in Design Computer Science Engineering Product Design or similar relevant field preferred
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and feedback
- An interest and understanding of project management techniques
- Understanding of Agile processes and principles is greatly desirable
- Ability to provide project leadership to a team
- Passion for UX design
- Creative thinker with a vision

Ability to talk to international teams Tech savvy (up to date with latest trends) Proactive, confident, doesn t shy away from responsibility, take full ownership Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse teams and individuals (e.g solution architects, product managers, scrum masters, developers, customer service, clients) Ability to understand different business models and applications is a bonus Minimum 5 years of professional work experience as Mobile ReactNative Proficient with broad software development and agile concepts - full stack software development experience is a bonus! ReactJS Web experience is a definite plus. Advanced knowledge of using AWS cloud on configuration, deployment, CI/CD. Advanced knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server and knowledge of using other Databases with AWS (MySQL, Postgres,...) Bonus experience with QA, automated testing Have a university degree.
